At first glance, Oura can be a little confusing. Other wearables are pretty self-explanatory: you can check your steps, your heart rate, see notifications — all on a screen that lives on your wrist. Oura, on the other hand (hah), only really works with its accompanying app. And more importantly, Oura’s meant to help you understand your holistic health — less so your day-to-day activity. To help potential Oura users understand what our product is all about, we created video to help explain what a day in the life with Oura actually looks like.
